About Us

       The Alliance Française de Berkeley is a non-profit organization whose mission is to encourage the study of French language and culture and to promote understanding and friendship between people in the East Bay (Alameda, Contra Costa and Solano counties) who share these interests, including native French people, students, speakers of the French language, and those who appreciate French culture.

       An interest in French language and culture is all you need to enjoy the Alliance Française de Berkeley. We admit members of any racial, national or ethnic origin. We invite you to join our family of French enthusiasts. We offer:
